  • We have a no refund policy, but we do offer insurance. So make sure you purchase the insurance at checkout.

  • Absolutely! You can defer to next years race or any race within the calendar year.

  • You sure can! Login to your Run Sign Up account to make your transfer. Here is an instructional video on how to do it.

  • We do not have a pace requirement, but we encourage you to stay under a 19 minute mile. We encourage all joggers and walkers to do there very best. If you are not keeping up with that pace we reserve the right to pick you up and move you forward on the course.

  • Tetra Quest is our 2025 trail series. Register for all 4 (Manatee Springs, Colt Creek, Leftover, and Lake Louisa) of our 2025 races and you will receive an exclusive gift from us. You can race any distance to qualify.

  • You will need to register for each race individually. Use discount code TETRAQUEST25 for $12 off each race.

  • We all know Florida weather can change in a minute. Safety is our priority, but we hold off as long as we can before we are required to cancel or postpone a race. Communication will be handled via email and social media.

  • We absolutely allow strollers at our events! However, it’s important to keep in mind that your race experience may be considerably more challenging due to the off-road nature of the trails, and there are several sections that feature soft sand which can be difficult to navigate.

  • We’ll ship your award at your convenience. There is a $15 fee.

  • Yes! Two of our races feature an exciting team competition element.

    Run clubs and organizations can participate at our Colt Creek State Park Race.

    Our race at Lake Louisa State Park is our Civil Servants Competition. For teams entering this particular event, it is a requirement to include at least one Civil Servant member, and their team name should clearly reflect that affiliation, such as Clermont Fire Department or Orlando PD.

    For both our Run Club and Civil Servants Competition awards will be given to the fastest team in the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon. We also give out the Get Up & Go Award that goes to the largest team.

  • We use a cross-country scoring system for each distance category. Awards will go to the fastest teams in the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon events. A special Get Up & Go Award honors the largest team. All awards will be given during our awards ceremony, celebrating all our runners' achievements.

  • We are always looking to add more races and welcome your input.
