Question - Do you offer refunds if I am not able to make it to the race?
Answer - Events 4 Athletes/The Florida Run has a NO REFUND policy. 

Question - Can I change the distance I want to run?
Answer - Yes, you must change your distance online before our online registration closes. You may be charged an additional fee depending on when you registered. If you run a distance that you are not registered for you will be disqualified. 

Question - Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can not make it to the race?
Answer - Absolutley! You must do the transfer online.

Question - Do you have paper registration?                                                                                                                    
Answer - Yes please email thefloridarun@gmail.com and we will email you a paper registration form. 

Question - Do you have a pace requirement?                                                                                                                   
Answer - We do not have a pace requirement.

Question -  I have a child and would like to push them in a stroller. Do you allow this?
Answer - We definitely allow strollers! Just know that your race is going to be much more challenging because it is off road.

Question - Is Friday packet pick-up mandatory?
Answer - Friday packet pick-up is highly recommended. This will help us with the flow race morning.

Question - I was unable stay to get my award. Will you ship it to me?
Answer - Absolutely! We do have a $15 shipping charge, but will get your award to you as soon as possible. Please email us at thefloridarun@gmail.com 

Question - Are you a non profit company or do you raise funds for anything?
Answer - We are a for profit race and company. However, we do give money to Lake Louisa State Park, Colt Creek State Park, Friends of South Lake, and Orlando Boy Scouts.
